ENERGYLOADING OF THE FRICTION PAIRS IN THE DISC BRAKING DEVICES
Journal Title: Проблеми тертя та зношування - Year 2017, Vol 74, Issue
Abstract
The process of friction in metal-polymer friction pairs of disk brakes refers to the high-energy phenomena. For its realization need to supplies large amounts of energy from the outside. For the electrodynamic, and as a result, thermodynamic conditions efficiency of the tribounit, it must dissipate elevated heat so that the friction pad’s material does not reach the allowable surface temperature. This thermodynamic state is a criterion for the stabilization of friction and wear processes. In this article is shown critical analysis of energyloading of the surface and subsurface layers of friction pairs of disk brakes, on which achieved an optimal distribution of heat flow between the elements of friction units. We’ve reduced energyloading of friction units by using cooling effects: conductive, vortex and heat tube. We’ve consider the following questions: thermal scheme of loading of the disc braking devices; determination of thickness for electric and thermal layers during maximum of energyloading of the brake’s friction pairs; reduction of the energyloading of the friction pairs of the disc brakes; optimal distribution of heat flows between friction pairs of the disc brake.
