Abstract

In these days, creativity and innovation have become important features of modern or-ganizations. Developing creativity is an important action in building the foundation of the organi-zation as well as it motivates to create innovative solutions. The aim of this paper is to analyze the development of creativity and innovation in building the base of modern organization. The paper is of both theoretical and empirical nature. The theoretical part introduces the concept of creativity and innovation, while the empirical section presents creative and innovative activities that support human, material and financial resources of the Police.
