Ensuring Human Rights in the Islamic Republic Of Iran

Abstract
However, human rights have a non-religious origin, but Islam is a religion of justice and human dignity, has a special emphasis on observance of human rights and somehow it can be said that the philosophy of emergence of the divine's religions also is establishment of justice among the people and the proper implementation of human rights. The present study has been discussed as guarantees of observance of human rights in the Islamic Republic of Iran with using a cross-sectional method to investigate the guarantees of observance of human rights The main hypothesis of this study is that in the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran have adopted laws for observance of human rights and there are institutions. The results of this study indicate That the system of guarantee's enforcement of Islam, support the prevention of human rights violations, stable peace, the providing pervasive security, justice, the spread of knowledge, The fight against tyranny and arrogance, spiritual spread, and faithfulness to promise and fighting to Anti-human ideas. Also to ensuring the implementation of human rights of individuals, on the one hand there are legal arrangements and on the other hand, organizations and institutions have been predicted to monitor the proper enforcement of the law.
