ENSURING THE REALIZATIONS OF THE HUMAN RIGHT TO DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL AUTHORITIES

Abstract
The article discusses the role of local authorities in creating social and economic conditions for the realization of the human right to development, as well as the support of international organizations and the world community of local de- mocracy, decentralization, improving local governance and involvement of citizens to participate in the administration as a key to improving the quality of life and the full enjoyment of all human rights. In this article is probed the role of interna- tional organizations and international contractual acts in relation to steady development of cities and other settlements in becoming and advancement of municipal human rights, and also in confession of municipal educations by key participants in relation to providing of respect to the human rights at local level.
