ENSURING THE RIGHTS OF THE VICTIM IN THE SELECTION OF PREVENTIVE MEASURES AT THE STAGE OF PRE-TRIAL INVESTIGATION IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of the rights of the injured person at the election of the preventive measures during preliminary investigation in criminal proceedings. It is argued the position against which the injured person, his representative and legal representative have the right to participate in the consideration of the petition by the investigative judge about the election of preventive measures and to appeal court decision being argued.
