ENTERPRISE ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT: ESSENCE AND FUNCTIONS OF CONCEPT

Abstract
The purpose of the article is the analysis and systematization of the the theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the essence of the concept of «crisis management of the enterprise». A detailed analysis of the economic literature made it possible to conclude that there was no unified view of the concept of «crisis management of the enterprise» and its corresponding clear and understandable definition. It is determined that in the scientific literature, scientists propose to consider this concept based on different positions, in most cases, within the limits of their scientific interests. The new approach to the definition of «crisis management of the enterprise» on the basis of structural decompositional analysis and identification of specific features has been offered. A detailed study of the essential features of this concept provided the possibility to identify the basic functions of crisis management at the enterprise.
