Entrepreneurship Tendency; A Research On Senior Grade Students In Economics And Administrative Science Faculty In One Public University

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine students’ entrepreneurship tendency in different departments of economics and administrative science faculty in public university. Data was collected by questionnaires from 240 students through easy sampling designed as a descriptive model research. To determine the level of student entrepreneurship "Entrepreneurship Scale" (Yilmaz and Sünbül, 2009) was used. Descriptive statistics analysis (independent samples t-test and One-way Anova) were applied to determine the level of entrepreneurship and demonstrate the differences in terms of various factors. Research results have shown that they have the entrepreneurial tendency. In addition, it was found to be more entrepreneurial tendencies male students compared to female students; 24-26 age group students compared to other groups. Other factors, departments and entrepreneurship courses to be taken, not identified as a significant difference between the groups.
