ERRORS STUDY OF MAIN PARAMETERS IN COGWHEELS GEAR TREATMENT

Abstract
This article examines the problem of studying the errors of the main parameters of gears during gear processing. The advanced development of machine building requires further enhancement of the technical level and quality of engineering products, improving methods for ensuring accuracy and its control. Along with the developed technique for studying the influence of technological factors on the error of cylindrical gears, an important role is played by the technique of investigating technological factors by the deviations of individual parameters of cylindrical gears, it allows you to assess the degree of influence of individual technological factors. Conducting similar studies is also advisable, or at the present time the error of gear processing is determined by the deviations, standardized in accordance with GOST 1643-81 and others.
