ESSAI DE MODELISATION DE L IMPACT DES DEPENSES PUBLIQUES SUR LA CROISSANCE CONOMIQUE AU MAROC.

Abstract
Le pr?sent travail cherche ? estimer l?impact des d?penses publiques sur la croissance ?conomique au Maroc sur la p?riode 1985-2016. Les r?sultats de l?estimation par le mod?le Engle Granger montrent que les d?penses publiquessont endog?nes (Wagner),ainsi elles exercent un effet positif et significatif dans le long terme. En revanche, l??tude empirique a pu montrer la sous performance des charges publiques dans les secteurs sociaux, et par cons?quent, des effets n?fastes sur le niveau de la croissance ?conomique et le le bien-?tre de la population.
