ESSENCE AND CONTENTS OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-REALIZATION OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS IN PROCESS OF PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICE

Abstract
In this article ithe theory of essence of professional self-realization of future specialists of preschool educational establishments is reasonable in process of pedagogical practice. During a scientific search such judicial components of professional self-realization are: motivational-valued, cognitive, reflective-regulatory and creative. Determination of criteria is carried out in accordance with distinguished components of investigated phenomenon. Expediency and maintenance are well-proven each of structural components.
