Essence and scope of "due diligence" as a tool of preinvestment analysis

Abstract
The article researches the nature, manner, specificity and scope of the "due diligence" as a modern tool of preinvest analysis in contest of prospects for its use in domestic investment and auditing practice. The article actualizes necessity of coordination during the main objectives of "due diligence" procedure, and customers objectives concerning the functioning, tool filling, object specifics of research and the environment in which it operates, including – countries of study object.
