ESSENCE, CRITERIA AND SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES TO THE TREATMENT OF THE CATEGORICAL APPARATUS OF THE THEORY OF INNOVATIONS IN THE AIC

Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual questions concerning the treatment of categorical apparatus of the theory of innovations in the agro industrial complex. A critical analysis of the definition has been made in view of the author’s systematization of signs of innovation by criteria: a system, transformation of the existing state, instrument. The generalization of innovations’ classifications according to various classification features is carried out and the distinction between the concepts of «innovation» and «innovation process» is made. There was a lack of special laws that would determine the mechanisms for stimulating the innovation process in the agro industrial complex, taking into account the specifics of the industry.
