ESSENTIAL SIGNS OF REGIONAL PRICING OF THE AGRARIAN MARKET: THEORY AND PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE

Abstract
The article reveals theoretical and practical features of the functioning of the mechanism of price regulation of the agrarian market in the modern conditions of its development. From a critical point of view, the contribution of S.A. Podolynskyi and M.D. Rudenko in the approach to the problem of pricing and value formation proposed by the representatives of the domestic school of physical economics is considered. Based on the results obtained, the absence of a unified theoretical basis regarding the economic substantiation of the concept of pricing for agricultural products is noted. The authors have discovered and improved the definition of the term “region” in the context of the research objectives. In contrast to existing interpretations, the region is proposed to be considered as a specific homogeneous spatial system, and a consideration of the regional problems of the pricing process should be carried out, not limited to national boundaries, in accordance with the system of interacting regions of different rank, taking into account differences in regional levels in a complex manner. Under these conditions, the regional price for agricultural products is the expression of regional value, which is formed as a result of the effect of the law of regional value under the influence of demand and supply. Scientific and practical approaches to the formation and functioning of regional pricing are systematized and critically evaluated. Scientific and practical principles of formation of regional pricing for agricultural products as an integral economic system are substantiated. Directions for the improvement of price relations at the regional level are determined. The authors cover the scientific approaches to determining indicators for assessing the regional differences in the pricing of agricultural products and its regulation based on practical experience. From logical-historical points of view, the experience of ensuring the price regulation of the agrarian market is considered on the basis of taking into account regional peculiarities of economic development; first of all, it should include the establishment of regional prices for agricultural products. The estimation of the prospects of realization of the regional pricing system in the agrarian market is given. On the basis of the obtained results, directions for the improvement of price relations between the participants of the agrarian market are determined, proved the necessity of introduction of elements of the regional pricing system for agricultural products, application of which will help to reduce the effects of regional price shocks, balanced economic development, and increased reproduction of agrarian production.
