ESTIMATING A LEVEL OF HARMONIZATION OF ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract
The methodical approach to estimating the level of management system harmonization according to the quality has been suggested. The article considers the elements of enterprise business management system (freight (passenger) transport management, maintenance and repair of rolling stock, personnel management, marketing, financial resources, procurement and supply management, material and technical resources, information resources, occupational safety and security) and quality management system (customer relationship management, quality management of customer service processes, quality management of support processes, quality management of production-related processes, total quality management processes). The reasonability of using the ma-trix method to estimate the level of harmonization as well as criteria used in business process reen-gineering (goals, critical success factors, prospects, business processes) has been substantiated. Harmonization coefficients are determined according to each criterion, their generalization allows for the conclusion about the level of harmonization.
