ESTIMATION OF PROOFS IN ECONOMIC COURT

Abstract
A basic task to the court at the decision of dispute is all-round, complete and direct research of proofs that presentation in a court. In the article the complex analysis of legal institute of estimation of proofs is carried out in an economic court. It is set that one of important aspects there is principle of internal persuasion of judge in this process. He occupies a key place at decision of dispute and formed from sense of justice, world view, legal principles, ideas, theories, conceptions that are the result of theoretical, rational analysis and reflection of legal reality of judge. In addition, description is given to the legal institute of estimation of proofs and is set the range of problems of his application in the economic court.
