ESTIMATION OF THE SOCIO–ECONOMIC STATE OF REGIONS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The aim of the article is an estimation of the socio–economic state of regions of Ukraine at the use of integral and separate socio–economic indexes in 2015 and 2016. By the method of taxonomy, certain coefficient Gini and ABC–XYZ analysis the express analysis of the socio–economic state of regions of Ukraine is conducted. From results research follows, that the tendency of considerable differentiation of the socio–economic state of regions of Ukraine remains unchanging. The level of the state is lower in western regions than in east and central regions. The increase of life standards passes insignificant rates. Average wage in Ukraine does not recreate her state in regions. Insufficient attention of both regions and government is spared to development of midsize and small business. It is possible to change the insignificant volume of the realized products of small and middle enterprises in western regions by the increase of volume of services, producing of commodities for the needs of population, expansion of tourist business, small–scale production, development of light industry.
