EU STRATEGY FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the legal nature and regulatory regulation of approaches to environmental rights in the European Union. In particular, in the comparative aspect, they are consolidated in the constitutions of the EU member states and Ukraine. Differences in the classifications of this group of rights are also analyzed.
