EVALUACIÓN ECOGRÁFICA DE LAS COMPLICACIONES DEL TRASPLANTE RENAL Y SUS DETERMINANTES EN PACIENTES DEL HOSPITAL EUGENIO ESPEJO DURANTE EL PERÍODO 2013 AL 2016

Abstract
Renal transpalnts are the current treatment for chronic renal insufficiency. Ultrasound studies, throgh diferente techniques, help identify posible complications during the follow-up period. To evaluate, trhough ultrasound, the complications of renal transplantation and its determinants in patients at Hospital Eugenio Espejo throughout the perior between the year 2013 and 2016. This study is epidemiological, observational and analytical. The statistical analusis was performed by using summary of the simple participated in the study and had their medical records revised in order to collect the necessary information and Access their ultrasonography sudies with their respective radiological reports. Of the total of 105 transplanted patients, 47.6% ha done or more ultrasound complications. The most frequent complications were not confirmed by biopsy. Only 1 vascular complication was reported, There were no significant differences with respect to the resistance index the presence of complication in transplanted kidneys. Ultrasonography and echo-Dopller are the imaging trest of choice and are useful for evaluating transplanted kidneys, evalluating donors and recipients, diagnosing posible complications, and offering posible solution to them
