EVALUASI PROGRAM DESA MANDIRI INFORMASI BERBASIS APLIKASI ANDROID SISTEM INFORMASI DESA (SIFORDES)

Abstract
This study aims at investigating the effectiveness of using android application-based village Information System (abbreviated as “Sifordes”) implemented in information autonomy village program in Umbulmartani Village, Ngemplak District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Province. This research is an evaluation research which employs a qualitative method. The evaluation in this research uses the CIPP model. Informants in this study include two village officials, three administrators of village institution, and two community members. The data were analyzed using interactive analysis techniques. The results are: (1) The context which consists of objectives, needs, and policies within the information autonomy program belongs to a good category; (2) Program inputs include the readiness of human resources; facilities and infrastructure; and content of information which support the implementation of village information autonomy program; (3) The process of implementing information autonomy program run based on the plan; and (4) The product of this program is the improvement of services that help ease the public access information.
