Evaluate the risk factors affecting investment decision (buying shares) in listed companies at Tehran Stock Exchange

Abstract
In this study, factors affecting investment decisions (buying shares) in listed companies at Tehran Stock Exchange is evaluated. The target population for this study was all the purchasers of the shares of the listed companies in Tehran stock form. With random sampling, 220 people, According to Cochran formula samples were selected as the sample size. The instrument is a questionnaire. And method of study using structural equation is causal. The results indicate that the amount of capital, the amount of dividends the company, Merit Board, the company's flexibility to invest in companies in Tehran Stock Exchange rate impact.
