Abstract
Voaching as a modality of entrepreneurial support allows the development of the entrepreneur’s skills in particular entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The idea of this paper is to give a perspective of the coaching on the development of the entrepreneur’s self-efficacy. To do so, we are going to review the literature allowing us to fix our theoretical and practical frame. Our results show that the received coaching has an impact on the development of the entrepreneurial self-efficacy.
