EVALUATION NOISE IMPACT FROM AIRCRAFT IN THE AIRPORT AREA

Abstract
Purpose. To evaluate the noise impact from aircraft in the airport vicinity by modeling, taking into account national sanitary and hygienic regulations of noise exposure and international standards, recommended practices and procedures for the exploitation of international airlines. Methodology. Mathematical modeling has been applied to determine the sound level at a separate point of observation during a aircraft single flight. This process is carried out for all the flown aircraft in each of the given set of points included the noise contour. Results. A new architecture, the database, soft- ware, interface for modeling aircraft noise taking into account the specific features of the airport and the specific types of aircraft have been developed. The system (algorithms and software) testing, aircraft noise modeling and received noise contours for Borispol Airport have been performed. Originality. Software has been implemented with modern programming tools, namely – C # programming language, using MySQL database and NMP lot environment for graph- ical visualization of noise contours. Practical value. The method of evaluating aircraft noise in Ukraine that meets the ICAO requirements and national sanitary standards and requirements to the noise environment has been developed. The models to calculate the sound level during single span rectilinear of the aircraft at takeoff and landing has been elabo- rated. References 18, figure 5.
