EVALUATION OF QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENT WITH INGUNAL HERNIAS IN LATE POSTOPERATIVE PERIOD

Abstract
According to the literature 20 men from 1000 have hernias (2%). Inguinal hernia have diagnosed at around 75% of those patients. Assessing the long-term re-sults, clinicians rarely pay attention to the quality of life in the postoperative period, and consider only the presence of hernia recurrence. The article presents data for as-sessing the quality of life of patients after inguinal alloplasty in a late postoperative period. Proved that prevention of the contact between polymer implant and elements of the spermatic cord reduces the impact on the inflammatory response on the structures of inguinal canal and reproductive organs, leading to a decreasing of pain, accelerate social and labor rehabilitation of patients, improves quality of life in the postoperative period.
