Evaluation of the use of the company's website in the recruitment of employees by the largest companies in Poland

Abstract
Changes in the labor market - decreasing of unemployment and increasing number of young candidates of Y and Z generations - force enterprises to modernize their recruitment activities. Therefore, more and more often, enterprises decide to use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and to take integrated actions on the company websites, internet job boards and social media, to get the best candidates. The aim of this article is to analyze and evaluate the level of the use of online recruitment, in particular activities realized on the company's websites by the largest companies in Poland. The article presents the selected results of the study which was conducted in the period June-September 2015.
