EVALUATION OF TOTAL FACTOR PRODUCTIVITY IN AGRICULTURE

Abstract
This paper resolves main approaches used to evaluate the total factor productivity of agriculture, in particular normative and economic-statistical methods. The author describes advantages of methods based on price aggregation, suggests a set of factors for calculating the total factor productivity level in agriculture.
