Evaluation the affecting factors on the leadership style of managers in the Agricultural jihad in Guilan province

Abstract
Since the leadership style of managers consist of affection factors in creativity, motivation, vocational satisfaction and staffs efficiency. Identification and evaluating the affecting factors on leadership style of managers are very essential. So it is necessary to study the affect of some of the factors such as: education, governmental service background and interesting rate to manager's job on their leadership style. In order to evaluate the affecting factors on leadership style, first leadership style measured by a questionnaires consist of 35 questions, then in order to evaluate the hypothesis of research and attempt to deal with facts observed .Statistical population in this research consists of office managers of agricultural jihad of Guilan province and all subsidiary counties which included 101 persons. After distributing 101 questionnaires, 90 copies returned and obtained data analyzed statistically. This research provides at least two purposes. 1-identifying the affecting rate for each variation of managers according to leadership style and finally their task performance which related to team goal. 2- Determing and a accentuated to those factors which effected on leadership style in order to employ qualify individuals in organizational position which related to employers job satisfaction. Research method was field study which after data collection and extracting the results from questionnaires and determining degree of humanism and task- oriented of managers and data classification related to research hypothesis in form of tables and statistical graphs, the rate affection of each independent variables on managers leadership style being studied. The result obtained from this research showed that there is significant relation between independent variables rate, importance of each mentioned variables are: education service background and rate of interest to job respectively.
