Everybody has a right on freedom (constitutional aspect)

Abstract
In the article the concept of human right is probed on freedom. The signs of the adopted right, history of his development, are analysed, the author estimation of constitutional norms which fasten a human right on freedom is given. Conclusions and recommendations are offered. A research aim is finding out of concepts and signs of constitutional human right on freedom. Research of constitutional right for personality on freedom constantly is in sign of scientists and has important theoretical і practical value in science of constitutional right. Constitutional right on freedom as a system of constitutional possibilities of man is an actual theme. Constitutional right on freedom – envisaged by constitutional norms on the basis of international standards and gone into detail in laws in force kind and measure of possible behavior of physical person to carry out activity autonomically without what – or interferences on the receipt of the social blessing during realization personal, political, economic, social, cultural and other interests and necessities. A constitutional human right on freedom has such signs: a) kind and measure of possible behavior (to activity) of legal subject; b) behavior (activity) is fastened by constitutional norms; c) has fundamental character within the framework of supremacy of right; d) an autonomy is guaranteed from interference from the side of the state, public organs, subjects of civil society.
