EVOLUTION OF LAND LEGISLATION DURING BOURGEOIS REVOLUTION IN FRANCE

Abstract
In this article one more step has been taken to deepen knowledge about the problems of the evolution of land legislation during the bourgeois revolution in France from 1789 to 1794. The author focuses on the process of developing land legislation and on those social changes that took place in French society as a result of its adoption.
