EVOLUTION OF THE NOTION «COMPETITIVENESS OF WORKING PERSONNEL ON THE LABOR MARKET» IN THE CONTEXT OF DEVELOPMENT OF ECONOMIC SCIENCE

Abstract
In the article, the evolution of concept «competitiveness of labour force at the market of labour» is investigational in XIX–XXI centuries. It is marked that in modern terms a competitiveness in the relations of employment is determined as totality of the personal and professional skills of worker (age, education, professional knowledge, capacity, work and other), that assist employment and effective participating in processes at the market of labour. It is proven that the special attention must be spared to providing of competitiveness at the in the labor market of such category as servicemen got into the reserve.
