Abstract

Approach to viewing man as a complex bio-psycho-social being requires multidisciplinary content. The man definitively will never be able to get to know himself, because it there are a lot changes inside him from moment to moment, in both the somatic and the psychic segment. Teacher (trainer), which manages the development of the future man, has to approach to the task on the multidisciplinary basis. Since we are working with children in the period of growing up, every mistake is a potential tragedy. Teacher (coach) needs to know the performance of all subjects whose development he controls. In this study, discussion of development is primarily related to the somatic part. The dark side of civilization is called adaptation of inactivity. The lack of over the limit mobility causes atrophy, while atrophy means premature aging, short life and chronically sick. Axiom that over the limit physical strain is the "virus" of health that can recognize and non-professionals too, to determine how they look like and what can do those who do exercise, compared to those who do not exercise. In particular, the human species because of the genetic heritage, can markedly improve their bio-motoric status.
