EXTRADITION: SOME THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The author considers when extradition is used during criminal procedure, defines theoretical foundation and practical issues of its application. The article draws attention to international standards and their iimplementation into national legislation. It also analyses substantive and procedural rules of Ukrainian law as well as its international commitments.
