EXTREME EFFECTIVE CONTROL OF CONTINUOUS RAW MATERIAL PROCESSING

Abstract

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to research automation of optimum search of modes by maximal efficiency criterion for technological equipment with raw material processing. This is realized by using of extreme management models for installations with one-stage continuous processing of raw materials. Methodology. The article uses the theory of building extremal control systems, the theory of efficiency, methods for finding the extremum of a function of several variables, and modeling in specialized software packages. Results. The using of a verified performance indicator as a criterion for optimizing technological regimes is substantiated. Extreme control model with step search engine is compiled. It allows for a finite number of steps to achieve maximum efficiency, changing the performance of the transporting and processing parts of the process unit. To determine the direction of motion, a set of identical computational models of the technological process is used. It reproduces the modes obtained by possible combinations of control actions relative to the current operating point. It was determined that the models should include links that determine the dynamics of changes in the quality indicator of the product. Depending on this, the valuation of the results of the technological process varies. Originality. The model of an extreme control system has been improved, which incorporates a set of one-type modules for calculating quantitative and qualitative results of an operation for a comparative model full-factor check of possible modes according to the criterion of efficiency. This allows you to carry out search movement in the direction of maximum efficiency and implement a global optimization of the technological mode with a given accuracy. Practical value. The results allow the use of the developed algorithms and software procedures for the implementation of a directional search for the optimal mode of process equipment with flow rate control and mate-rial processing. These can be installations for heating or drying bulk materials for the chemical, mining or food industries. The selected criterion allows you to mathematically justify the efficiency of the achieved mode and maximize the profitability of the process. References 13, tables 1, figures 8.
