FACTORS FACILITATING THE FORMATION OF THE FUTURE PRESCHOOL EDUCATORS’ SYSTEMIC PROFESSIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL KNOWLEDGE

Abstract
The improvement of the quality of the specialists’ training in the modern society is one of the conditions which enables transferring to the European standards of higher education. The main task of the higher pedagogical education is the training of the future pedagogues who have a systemic way of thinking, a systemic approach to the solution of practical tasks and are able to transfer it to the growing generation. In scientific sources the importance of the systemic approach to the contenrts and organization principles of the pedagogical process is stated; the peculiarities of a systemic thinking is revealed. On the other side, there are no scientifically grounded elaborations regarding the formations of the future pedagogues’ systemic thinking, knowledge or evaluation of their efficiency. The systemity of the professional and pedagogical knowledge of the future educators of earlier and preschool aged children which is formed in the process of training in accordance with the education and qualification program within the bachelor level as well as the factors facilitating the outcomes of this process are considered in the article. The fourth-year university students majoring in preschool education participated in the experimental research. The systemity state of the future educators’ professional and pedagogical knowledge was assessed according to three criteria: • the presence of ideas regarding the element composition of the subject of the educator’s activity and means of its conversion; • the presence of ideas regarding the nature of links and subordination of elements in the subject structure of the educator’s activity and means of its conversion; • the presence of ideas regarding the changes in the subject structure of the educator’s activity and means of its conversion under influence of outer and inner conditions. The chosen criteria allowed us to single out four levels of the formation of the sudents’ professional and pedagogical knowledge systemity: • critical which was characterized by uncoordinated, fragmentary professional and pedagogical knowledge; • low which corresponded the order of the professional and pedagogical knowledge in the framework of a discipline; • sufficient which was characterized by the order of the professional and pedagogical knowledge in the framework of a particular subject of educator’s activity; • high which demonstrated the order of the professional and pedagogical knowledge in accordance with a situation of the educator’s professional activity and an aim of its conversion. The results of the experimental research of the undergraduates’ professessional and pedagogical knowledge systemity within the education-qualification programme of the bachelor level targeted to the students majoring in the speciality 012 “Preschool education” have demonstrated a close relationship with their rigidity, their mastery level of such mental operations as analysis, synthesis and identification of regularities. The obtained results give enough ground for the designation of the ways and pedagogical conditions facilitating the improvement of the quality of the future educators’ professional and pedagogical knowledge, the elaboration of the methods which could provide their realization and experimental testing of their efficiency.
