Factors of origin and development civil society

Abstract
The development of civil society is analyzed, the historical purpose of which is determined by the needs and interests of the individual, his aspirations for justice, happiness and civil liberties. It is noted that one of the key factors in the formation of civil society is the division of state power into legislative, executive and judicial. Attention is focused on the moral component of the formation of humanity in public life.
