FACTORS OF PROGRESSIVE SOCIAL-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND A PLACE SCIENCES AMONG THEM

Abstract
The article defines the main areas of progressive socio-economic development – economic, social, stateinstitutional, environmental – and explored the role of each of them in ensuring the latter; The relevant factors affecting its rates are analyzed. The main positive and negative consequences of the influence of each factor on development have been determined, and the role of science in strengthening the effect of these factors has been analyzed.
