FACTORS THAT DETERMINE ECOLOGICAL CRIMINALITY

Abstract

In the article is considered the factors that determine ecological criminality. The author points out different approaches to the definition of ecological criminality, analyzes the elements that form the basis of criminogenic determination of environmental criminality.
