ФАКТОРЫ РИСКА ИНФИЦИРОВАНИЯ И ОЦЕНКА СЕПСИСА У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ТРАВМОЙ

Abstract
This study demonstrated that patients with the highest chance of infection have more comorbidities at baseline and organ dysfunction associated with trauma. We have identified many risk factors specific to trauma patients. They can be used in future research aimed at developing predictive enrichment strategies for the treatment of sepsis in trauma patients. These results serve as an initial approach to better identify trauma patients who are at risk of developing sepsis. In the future, based on the results of the study, preventive measures and early treatment can be studied. The majority of trauma patients who develop infection were found to present with a high degree of acute and chronic disease severity, represented by the comorbidity scale, sequential organ failure and Elixhauser scale.
