Journal Title: Na Ratunek - Year 2017, Vol 1, Issue 3
Abstract
Adequate pharmacotherapy is one of the basic elements of emergency medical procedures undertaken by paramedics in sudden cardiac cases. The appropriate use of correct doses of medicines allows not only to decrease life-threatening symptoms but also to prevent complications like sudden cardiac arrest. Paramedics may use catecholamines, antiarrhythmics and anticoagulant drugs.
