Features and difficulties policy development reintegration of Ukraine

Abstract
The policy of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, features of its formation are analyzed. Among them are: insufficient level of scientific development of the phenomenon; the need to resolve the ethnopolitical conflict and confront armed aggression; the absence of a coherent strategy for the reintegration of the temporarily occupied Crimea and the Donbas, which harms the creation of a legislative base and causes conflicts in determining the legal status of temporarily occupied territories.
