The research of mathematical theory of ana-lyzing human behavior shows successfully the logic of individuals rationality in conflict of interests conditions, which appear in some way in military conflicts, political coalitions, diplomatic relations between countries. Today the game theory models gained an extraordinary importance in the world. Due to significant changes of oil prices, the situation in many countries can be described as critical and unstable. Because of significant deterioration of the economic and political situation, modern states need qualitative events analysis and forecast which will help them to get out of crisis with minimal losses and will help to stabilize the internal situation in the state. In general, it was analyzed and described such basic models of game theory as zero-sum games, antagonistic games, cooperative games, and non-cooperative games, games with a variable sum, dynamic games with complete in-formation, and games with incomplete information. Their implementation allows to consider mechanisms of military, political, financial, economic, monopolistic unions establishment and functioning.. Sufficient attention in this article is paid to analysis of the US think tank, RAND Corporation («Research ANd Development»). Since the 50s of XX century activities of this analytical center was to ensure US national security through researches and analysis of the most urgent problems. Nowadays this organization serves to the most powerful governments of the world, by providing them with various kinds of forecasts, strategic and tactical actions, which al-lows them to gain some success in the main objective achievement. In addition, it is distinguished the major phenomena in game theory: the Nash equilibrium and ‘the prisoner's di-lemma’. Those discoveries made a revolution in science and has opened the new possibilities for the analysis of in-ternational events.
