FEATURES INSTITUTE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN CRIMINAL-LEGAL CONCEPTS AND VALUE

Abstract
In the article the author investigates criminal responsibility for violation of copyright and related rights. The article analyzes the criminal misconduct of criminal acts, which are closely related to social danger and are a subjective manifestation of the real danger of an act for public relations in the field of intellectual property and its legal assessment. Also examined are some criminological aspects of the criminalization of these crimes. The specific feature of the objects of intellectual property rights is that they do not have a material form (as opposed to things as objects of property rights). The economic value of objects of intellectual property rights does not depend on the material carrier on which they are located. The material carrier is a way of transferring the ideas, thoughts, conclusions of the author of the object to other persons.
