FEATURES OF COLLABORATION OF UKRAINE WITH EUROPEAN UNION IN THE FIELD OF GUARD OF ENVIRONMENT

Abstract
In the article actuality and features of bilateral collaboration are considered between Ukraine and the European Union in the field of environmental protection. The current state and main problems of implementation of Ukrainian legislation in the EU legislation are analyzed, as well as factors that hinder and negatively influence the development of an ecologically oriented national economy in the conditions of globalization and the state of the environment. As a result of the study, the main directions and perspectives of EU-Ukraine cooperation in the field of environmental protection are formulated, which will promote adoption of more effective environmental protection decisions and increase of the ecological culture in the state as a whole.
