Features of Formation of the Maintenance of Educational Training Programs for Teachers of Higher Educational Institutions

Abstract
In terms of higher education reforms, teacher of a higher educational institution should have the capacity for critical perception, fast processing and information management, integration of knowledge from various fields, to be able to analyze and synthesize knowledge, model solutions to practical problems. The development of educational training programs is important task teachers of higher educational institutions today. The article deals with the characteristic features of the construction of educational training programs. It is noted that the content of educational training programs is based on defined competencies and learning outcomes. The main content of the components of the educational program is determined; the requirements for the formulation of learning outcomes are named. It is noted that the general competences of students reflect major general ability to be formed by them in the implementation of educational. List of general competencies training at the second and third levels of higher education professional qualification "teacher of the university" are proposed. The general competences for the second level of higher education are: flexibility of thinking, modeling, research skills, leadership skills and communication skills. The general competences for the third level of higher education are: critical thinking, research skills, creativity, managerial ability, international outlook, communication skills and ethical commitments. A list of specific competences and program outcomes for training at the second level of higher education are presented.
