FEATURES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EQUITY TO THE LAW AND THE COURT IN CRIMINAL JUDICIAL PROCEDURE

Abstract
Theoretical problems of implementing the principles of equality before the law and the court in criminal process are reviewed. An analysis of legal regulation of equality before the law and the court under of the current Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine done. The peculiarities of the principles of equality before the law and the court in criminal proceedings. The role of the court in ensuring the equality in criminal proceedings is researched.
