Features of inter-budget relations in modern conditions

Abstract
The features of the system of transfers as an instrumental for budgetary management of economic development are defined. The dynamics of the interbudgetary transfers in Ukraine are analyzed, and their shares of the income of local budgets are determined. The article develops ways to improve the effectiveness of inter-budgetary relations.
