FEATURES OF LABOR PROCESS OF COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISE PERSONNEL  

Abstract

The article is devoted to the theoretical problems management personnel of commercial enterprise through graphic interpretation mechanism for implementing labor process in the plane "production-wholetrade”. Using of structural-and-logical approach and theoretical synthesis was allowed to identify the main stages of such a mechanism (establishment of goals, analysis, implementation, result), between which interrelation and the sequence of actions for the organization and implementation of the process of labor were established. In this mechanism was established that the labor process occurs in two interrelated dimensions (material and non-material production). The difference between labor processes that have been implemented by the trade personnel in sphere "wholetrade" and labor processes that have implemented of production personnel in sphere "production" was highlighted. The combination of the structure of the labor process was proved indirectly through organizational and resource support for production sphere employee and commercial sphere that have been identified according to features of the definition commercial enterprise as a business entity. In the mechanism were consider particular features formation of internal environment in accordance to external environment factors of the enterprise through a combination of commercial and trade activities with optimal resources for the labor process of production and trade personnel. The research results can be used by commercial enterprises in order to improve process of management personnel.
