Features of legal terminology as a specialized system of legal concepts

Abstract
The article deals with the features of legal terminology as a specialized system of legal concepts, which provides the needs for communication in the field of legal science and practice. The essence of the main categories of the legal language is highlighted. The modern terminology analysis is analyzed and its specific features are determined. The author focuses on the identity of the development of Ukrainian legal terminology.
