FEATURES OF MANAGEMENT STRATEGY MANAGEMENT LOGISTIC SYSTEM OF TRADE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
An analysis of the implementation of strategic management of logistics systems in Ukrainian trading enterprises was carried out. The factors that restrict this process are determined. The analysis of the experience of foreign enterprises in the implementation of strategic management of logistics systems at enterprises, as well as the possibility of its use for Ukrainian trading enterprises. It is proved that on the basis of logistics strategy it is necessary to develop a modern general strategy of activity that can increase the return on more justified application of modern economic instruments, increase the efficiency of logistic processes and obtain competitive advantages by minimizing costs and time in the spheres of supply, production, marketing and circulation. The directions of further research in the field of efficient logistic system of trading enterprises are determined.
