FEATURES OF MARKETING PROVISION OF PERSONAL MANAGEMENT PROCESSES

Abstract

The article summarizes theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of personnel management on the principles of marketing, which is given an interpretation as a manifestation of an interdisciplinary approach to the development of product and personnel strategies of the enterprise. The preconditions of dichotomy in the interpretation of the content of the concept of «personnel marketing» are analyzed. The role of marketing tools in the development of personnel policy of the enterprise is described and detailed. Personnel marketing is also outlined as a tool for regulating the labor market in order to balance the labor demands and supplies and constructing a harmonized socially responsible model of partnership between the subjects of social and labor relations. The expediency of applying the marketing approach to the processes of personnel development of the enterprise is substantiated.
