FEATURES OF MOTIVATIONAL DISORDERS OF PATIENTS WITH SIMPLE-TYPE SCHIZOPHRENIA WITH ATYPICAL CLINICAL STRUCTURE

Abstract
In order to determine the level and structure of aggressive reactions among patients with a simple form of schizophrenia with different atypia levels of clinical and psychopathological symptoms, 100 patients with a simple form of schizophrenia were examined using the Buss-Durkee Hostility Inventory. The basis for the analysis is the clinical heterogeneity within the diagnostic rubric of a simple form of schizophrenia. According to the research concept, patients were divided into groups according to levels of atypical clinical manifestations, where level 0 was presented by isolated negative symptoms, level I – psychopathic-like symptoms, level II – pseudoneurotic symptoms, III – pseudoparanoid symptoms. As a result of the study, it was found that for patients with a typical clinical manifestations of a simple form of schizophrenia high indicators of suspicion and guilt are specific; for patients with level I – increscent level of physical, mediated and verbal aggression; for patients with level II – suspicion and guilt; for pa tients with level III – high level of suspicion, physical and mediated aggression.
